CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS NOW VISIBLE IN ADMIN WEB MENU

The customers and suppliers (if activated in your office) modules have been moved from the Office menu to the main menu. 👇

Why?

The main menu in Qondor caused some confusion, where there was only a "home" and "office" menu dropdown. Office contained customers and suppliers in a dropdown and these modules may have gone unnoticed.

What's in it for me?

Project managers get a clearer, easier to understand view and reduced amount of clicks or navigation.

BOOKING INVOICE SPECIFICATIONS

IMPROVED PROCESS FOR QUICKER GENERATION OF SEVERAL BOOKING INVOICES SPECIFICATIONS

Invoicing has received the following improvements to speed up the invoicing process:

  • There is a new Office setting to define pre-selected recipients for receipt of booking/customer invoice specifications under the Email tab 👇

  • The actions buttons in Invoicing have been added to the top of the page 👇

These small improvements to the invoicing page means action buttons are in the same place, making it easy for Project managers to quickly save invoices with a click of their mouse without moving it.

💡TIP: Use the keyboard shortcut ALT+S to quickly save an invoice.

Why?

The process was cumbersome for Project managers who needed to generate several invoices at once.

What's in it for me?

Less hassle and a quicker process to generate invoice specifications.
With this improvement, the time for invoicing should be decreased by approximately 90%.

MULTIBOOKING: QONDOR AUTOMATICALLY SELECTS ALL PRODUCTS FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE SAME CATEGORY

In a multibooking, if the number of participants in the same category is the same as the number of booked products in the category, then all participant checkboxes will automatically be checked.

Why?

Previously, bookers would have to select one by one who they wanted to reserve the product for. This slowed down the booking process and is unnecessary if the product is to be allocated to each participant in the category.

What's in it for me?

Provide a smoother booking process for multibookers and ensure faster booking for Project managers administering bookings.
