Why the change?

Creating new projects is a frequent task for Project managers. Being able to copy and use templates conveniently is essential.

What's in it for me?

This enables a quicker process via a handy shortcut for when you need to copy an existing project or template. This is useful if you want to identify potential projects to copy from before starting to create a new project and go from there.

❗ Please note that this update is not available for companies using the Antares webservice.

ALL COMPLETED TASKS ARE NOW KEPT

What's changed?

Tasks completed more than 14 days ago will no longer disappear from a project.

Tasks completed less than 14 days ago will be displayed by default in the "Completed" task column. Tasks completed more than 14 days ago will be archived.

To view the archived tasks simply click the new button "Include archived tasks" as shown below. When you press this, the completed column will display all your archived tasks, as well as tasks completed less than 14 days ago. ‡

Why the change?

Previously, completed tasks were archived and disappeared after 14 days from your projects. We received a lot of feedback from our users for the need to keep the completed tasks in order to get an overview of what has been done in a project.

What's in it for me?

This is beneficial as it allows for more controlled project management.

  • Project managers working in the project can view a history of what has been done.

  • Project managers creating similar projects to Finished projects can see what tasks need to be accomplished in that type of project.

PROGRAM

DOWNLOAD PROGRAM FEEDBACK REPORTS FROM QONDOR

What's changed?

It is now possible for a Project manager to view and download program feedback reports directly from Program --> Reports.

What's in it for me?

When you enable feedback in a program, you are able to create questions and have participants leave star ratings or comments on an activity to gather feedback on events. Program feedback reports give you an overview of what participants have responded and you can use this feedback to improve future events.

FORM

"NON-REFUNDABLE" TEXT ON A PRODUCT WITH PRICES IS NOW HIDDEN

What's changed?

You can now choose whether the "Non-refundable" text on Form products including prices should be displayed in your Forms. The non-refundable text will be hidden by default, but you can display this if you wish.

You can find this new setting under the Form refunds section within a form product.

πŸ‘‡

Here's how it looks πŸ‘‡

Form products without non-refundable text

Form products with non-refundable text

Why the change?

Previously, non-refundable would display by default on products if there were no refund rules set. We found that Project managers needed to remove the non-refundable text for reasons such as: the refund rules might not be applicable in all countries or the explicit text may deter bookers and dissuade them from making a purchase.

What's in it for me?

Being able to remove the text is useful in cases where:

  • Refund rules are different per country.

  • The Project manager doesn't want to display these terms per product.

In both cases, the non-refundable text can now be removed and the information can be presented in the terms and conditions instead.

Note:

❕ Products with no refund rules are still non-refundable even if you disable the text.

πŸ“ŒAll newly created products with no refund rules will have the setting disabled by default, meaning the "non-refundable" text will not display.

πŸ“ŒAll existing products with no refund rules will still display the "non-refundable" text.
