IMPROVED FORM BUILDER FOR EASIER FORM BUILDING

Form builder has received a few updates, making it easier for Project managers to build and amend forms and find relevant form features under one menu.

WHAT'S CHANGED

ACCESS FORM VIEWS DIRECTLY FROM FORM BUILDER

The Participant web menu with form views has been removed. Form views are now available via the main Form builder page for easier navigation.

❕Please note these changes to terms in Form views.

-View as admin --> now click FORM to access

-View as Booker --> is now Incognito/Private view

-Preview remains the same.

Click Form to view your form as a Project Manager, Preview to view whilst you build your form to control your layout and design, and open the live address url in a private browser (by right clicking on the link and selecting to open in an incognito/private window) when testing your form as a booker.

ACCESS BOOKINGS AND ALLOTMENTS DIRECTLY FROM THE FORM MENU

The Bookings and Allotment overview has moved to the Form menu. This allows Project managers to find all related form features under one menu.

Project managers can also hide the form features per project, by clicking disable form. This will not delete anything, simply remove the form features from view. The can be reenabled by clicking: enable form:

UPDATE SUMMARY, PAYMENT AND THANK YOU PAGE FROM FORM BUILDER

The "texts" tab found in Form settings, which includes defining texts for the final form steps: Summary, Payment and Thank you page has been removed. These texts can now be updated directly from Form builder.

This is placed in the same order of the form steps, making it easier for you to update as you build and tailor your form.

PARTICIPANT CATEGORY TEXT HAS MOVED

The Participant category text setting (previously found under the "texts" tab in settings) has now been moved to the first tab in Form Settings. You can find it in Form settings --> General --> Booking settings.

BOOKER POSTCODE AND VAT NUMBER VALIDATION IN FORMS

Qondor will now check if the postcode or VAT number a booker inputs during a booking, is valid. If not, Qondor will alert the booker with a message. Read more about how it works here.

This helps towards accurate collation of information from bookers, meaning less mistakes and hopefully, less time spent following up and correcting. This setting has been enabled by default for you.
