Here it is, your overview of Qondor's best updates from August through to December.
It is important to us that Qondor is consistently running in good health and that we enable ways for you to work smarter. So incase you've missed it, here's a summary of our most useful updates so far. It includes more features to help you work more efficiently, insights and data per customers and more.
VIEW BEST UPDATES BY FEATURE:
The image slider in Offer got its own template this year making it easier to activate the image slider. Not using image sliders? Learn how to use the feature here.
NEW SHORTCUTS & NEW MENU
- Two shortcuts were added to the Context menu in Offer admin to "Hide feedback" & "Hide price table" for a product. Learn what that means here
- No need to go to Offer settings to amend your offer's name. Now you can edit directly from Offer admin by clicking on the project name.
- A new menu was added to Offer admin at the top right hand corner, which contains important and frequently used features, including Offer Introduction, terms and conditions, currencies, resend offer confirmation and delete offer. Offer history can also be found under this tab.
A Supplier and Supplier category filter was added to Product search (search and copy) to allow Project managers to search for and reuse products connected to a specific supplier or type of supplier.
A new icon to identify tickets was added to Qondor Offers for companies that use tickets in Offer admin on transport products, making it easier and quicker to determine which products have tickets attached to them.
CUSTOMER INSIGHTS 🏆
This wins favourite improvement for us in the second half of 2020! A new Insights tab was added on each customer profile and includes essential data to get you the information you need to ensure your success with customers.
PERSONAL DETAILS STEP
The duplicate email field was removed from registration forms on the Personal details step to ensure a better flow for the booker and a cleaner look.
Stripe payments can be refunded directly in Qondor, thus Stripe refunds do not need to be registered separately in Stripe's admin.
Qondor forms displays a cookie banner at the bottom informing all users about Qondor's usage of cookies.
Supplier category was added to the Statistics API for Supplier reporting purposes to gain relevant data.
