FILTER ON MULTIPLE TEAMS AT ONCE IN INSIGHTS 📈

You can now select multiple teams in the Insights report filter to report on your teams' aggregated performance. Previously, it was only possible to select one, all or no team.

This gives you more control over the data you want to see for your teams.

If your organisation has several locations or departments/teams you can differentiate these by creating teams in Qondor. Learn more about using Teams here.



USE OF GLOBAL SUPPLIERS ACROSS OFFICES 🌎

SUPER ADMINS CAN MAKE SUPPLIERS AND SUPPLIER CATEGORIES AVAILABLE GLOBALLY 

In Qondor, you can create your own database of suppliers and Project managers can then work with these suppliers in projects. If you have more than one office in Qondor, Super admins can choose to Import suppliers either to one office or globally (to all offices). Super admins can also define this per supplier when manually registering a new supplier or amending an existing supplier.

Simply select the desired office to make the supplier(s) available to a particular office, or  "Global" from the dropdown list to make the supplier(s) available to all offices.

📌 Supplier contact persons connected to a global supplier will also be available globally, meaning that you will only need to add the supplier contact once and they can be administered from one office.


Supplier categories can also be made available globally or per office:


Global suppliers has been added to make it easier for companies with several offices to define and administer a global supplier database. This also allows for a more standardised way of working.


SUPER ADMINS CAN FILTER ON OFFICE AND SUPPLIER CATEGORY IN SUPPLIERS

Select the office you want to see the suppliers for or select "Global" to see only Global suppliers. 

Note: Category filter - Only the supplier categories available for the selected office in your search will be available.

This makes it easier to search and segment your supplier list.

When Project managers insert suppliers to a project, they will be able to choose from global suppliers or the suppliers connected to their office.

Office and Super admins can activate the Suppliers module by going to Office -> Settings -> General -> Supplier settings, enable Suppliers in your office.
