By using Enhanced Ecommerce in Qondor you'll be able to report on completed bookings (conversion rate) coming from an external website using Google's ClientId.
QONDOR SETUP
Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce is setup in Office settings -> Participant Web:
Check enable under Google Enhanced Ecommerce, then fill in your Google Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking ID and Affiliation ID.
To track the user from your website to ours we require that you send the _ga parameter in the url to the Qondor Form. From the _ga parameter we parse out the client id and send it to your Google Analytics.
Examples:
Qondor base form url:
http://acme.qondor.com/ParticipantWeb/Registration/1234
Qondor form url with the _ga parameter:
http://acme.qondor.com/ParticipantWeb/Registration/1234?_ga=2.11722995.638356827.1569585871-793346820.1547560353
HOW IT WORKS
When a booking is completed through a Qondor form, Qondor will send reporting information to Google Analytics.Β
ππ CHECKLIST AND GOOD TO KNOW
Your websites must include a the _ga parameter in the url linked to Qondor Form.
The booker needs to end up at the "Thank you"-page. Most payment service provider's (PSP) offer a redirect back to Qondor after the payment is complete, make sure to enable this in your PSP settings!
The information will only be sent once upon the first booking. If changes are made to the booking no updates will be sent to Google Analytics.
The booking must contain a product that is paid by booker with a price > 0.
Qondor then sends the following information back to your Google Analytics:
Tracking ID
Afflilation
Client ID
Booking reference
Total to be paid by booker
Product ID
Product Name
Product Price
Booked Quantity
Product category name
Supplier brand name
