PROJECT START AND END DATE IS NO LONGER COPIED WHEN COPYING FROM AN EXISTING PROJECT/TEMPLATE ➡

MEANING LESS ROOM FOR ERROR

The changes:

When copying a project, the start date and end date will not be copied, prompting Project managers to complete the necessary empty fields for the new project.

In template projects*, the Destination, Start date and End date fields are no longer mandatory. This makes sense for when Project managers need to copy from a template project, as the start and end date will be different on the new project and most likely the destination may differ too.

Feedback revealed that when copying projects, Project managers were forgetting to update already filled information and amend necessary settings, as they were activated in the original project they copied from. This meant extra work and lowered the quality of output.

*Having Template projects that Project managers can copy from enables a more efficient and standardised way of working. If you would like input on how you can utilise template projects in your organisation, contact us and we can help you get started.

NEW KEYBOARD SHORTCUT: HIT Esc TO CANCEL CHANGES IN OFFER ADMIN 🆕

Esc can now be used to quickly cancel changes in Offer admin.

Esc is commonly used across software to cancel changes. So, for consistency and familiarity for Qondor users, the same shortcut applies in Qondor. This also means less mouse clicks!

💡 TIP: Make your work day easier by using these keyboard shortcuts

QUICK SEARCH AND OFFER ADMIN JUST GOT QUICKER 💨

The Quick search* speed performance has been improved and the results are now more specific making it easier for Project managers to find what they are looking for.

*A search made using Quick search will only display results inside your office, and a maximum of 20 items.

The speed performance of Offer admin has also been improved. Project managers are likely to notice faster performance when working on large offers including lots of products.

AUTOCOMPLETE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM UNNECESSARY PLACES 👋

When completing some fields in Qondor, previously typed data appears as a drop down selection. This can cause frustration in some places where autocomplete is not required and be irrelevant and distracting. With autocomplete now removed from the places its not needed, Project managers will find it easier to input the right information.
