IMPROVEMENTS TO OFFERS
No more sending offers with an expired option date 📅
It has been possible to send an offer with the option date set in the past. If this was the case the customer would not be able to answer the offer. To prevent this from occurring, an option date field has been added to the send offer dialog. Here, it is not possible to set an option date in the past. For quality assurance, an error message will appear to alert Project managers before sending the offer, if a backdated option date has been chosen.
Offer text elements can now be bulk deleted in Offer admin 🚮
Following our latest update on the bulk delete function in Offer admin, it is now possible to delete Offer text elements, alongside bulk delete of products and product groups.
CUSTOMISE THE TEXT NEXT TO THE ACCEPT T&Cs CHECKBOX ON OFFERS 🖊
You can now adjust the text next to the accept T&Cs checkbox on offers in accordance with your legal process, instead of using the standard Qondor-wording.
This text can be adjusted under "Translations" in Office settings.
NEW ICON TO INDICATE WHEN OFFER PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN INVOICED 🔓
A 🔓 will now display next to products on offers if the product has been invoiced. This makes it clearer to see which products have been invoiced in Offer admin without having to go into full edit mode.
(Note: Once an Offer product has been invoiced it cannot be edited, unless the invoice with the product is credited.)
