VIEW WHICH CUSTOMERS ARE PROVIDING THE MOST SALES AND REVENUE 📊💰
When it comes to sales, you only have a limited amount of time in the day. So it's crucial to decide who you spend your time chasing or prioritising. It’s important to treat all customers with a consistent level of service, but without knowing who to prioritise, too much time could be spent on a customer that doesn't provide as much revenue and too little time on a customer who could be worth twice the revenue.
To help you evaluate, we have added a new table in Insights, where you can view data from your top 50 customers. The following information is available per customer:
- Number of projects
- Hit rate
- Estimated sales*
- Estimated revenue*
- Estimated margin*
*Estimated numbers are real numbers on Finished projects.
You can also sort the data in the table, personalising your view to view the data in the order you need.
If you click on a customer row, you will be able to see the customer's data based on years (you will have to select more than one year in the filter to enable this).
By clicking on the customer's name you will be directed to Project search, to a pre-filtered list of that customer's projects, (within the same time span set in the Insights filter).
RESERVATION INFORMATION ONLY SHOWS ON FORM WHEN THE BOOKER HAS AN ITEM IN THE CART 🛒
An empty reservation information box on the form previously displayed when no items were selected, so it served little purpose for being there. Now, this box will only display if your bookers have added a product/item to their cart.

EASIER TO SELECT THE RIGHT PRODUCTS WHEN CREATING LISTS 🧐
When creating lists in projects where you have enabled Forms, these lists have previously included the option of selecting all other products in your project too, such as products from an offer. This may have caused some confusion, so we've now amended these list types to make it clearer and easier for you to create a list with products. Now, only products in use on the Form are available for selection when creating your list.
📌Note: the toggle is set by whether the product is "active on form".
