USE "QUICK SEARCH" TO SEARCH FOR PROJECTS FASTER 

With our new quick search function you can search for projects easily, from anywhere in your Qondor. 

Either press ALT + F on your keyboard to bring up the search box or click on the new 🔍 located at the top right hand corner in Qondor:


Opening a project from quick search will take you to the project's details page.

VIEW PROJECT MANAGERS' PERFORMANCE ON PROJECTS AND MUCH MORE IN INSIGHTS

As promised, we are back with more improvements to help you gain better insights.


PROJECT MANAGERS TABLE

Office and Super Administrators can now view estimated numbers per project manager via Insights, accessible under the new tab "PROJECT MANAGERS".

Note: # of projects in the project managers table only includes projects where the Project manager is the main Project manager. 

The estimated numbers includes co-project manager involvement. Read more about estimated numbers here.


GET A VISUAL OVERVIEW OF LEADS FROM

Another doughnut chart has been added to the Insights page to display the number of projects per Leads from. This will help you to learn more about where your business is coming from and allow you to analyse which channels are most effective.


GET A VISUAL OVERVIEW OF PROJECT CATEGORIES 

The third doughnut chart added to the Insights page is to display the number of projects per project category. This enables you to keep track of what type of business you do and don't handle or are losing business in. The statistics can help to improve your sales strategy.

OFFICE COUNTRY DEFAULTS ON CUSTOMER, SUPPLIER AND CONTACT PERSON

When creating a customer* or a supplier in Qondor, your office country will be set as default. This also applies to customer contact persons. If required, you are still able to choose a different country by selecting from the drop down list.

*Note: If the customer does not have the country set, then it will not be pre-selected.
