COMMUNICATION CENTER IMPROVEMENTS 📧
◾ Any attachments sent in an email or SMS can now be downloaded directly from the Communication Center! This also applies to existing projects.
◾ The Project manager is able to view a preview of the actual email or SMS sent to the recipient.
◾ Project managers can view, copy or click on the offer link from here. This is useful if the Project manager needs to send the offer link from their own email inbox, in situations where our email may be down or the customer has not received the offer email for any other reason.
◾ A new column called "# of messages" has been added to the Communication Center table. This makes it clearer to see how many messages have been sent to the intended recipient.
CUSTOMER CONTACT DISPLAYS ON OFFER CONFIRMATION PDF👤
The offer confirmation PDF now displays information about the customer contact person, including their name, email, telephone number and the date they have confirmed the offer. This also states that the customer contact has accepted the terms and conditions.
PROJECT FILES UPLOADER SIMPLIFIED🙌🖥
◾ When selecting to upload a file into Qondor, users are now directed straight to their computer source. This makes for an easier process when uploading files!
◾ It is no longer possible to connect to a service such as Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox from Qondor. We found a very small percentage used this option and it seemed to be a confusing and long-winded component.
However, it is still possible to access files from a drive such as OneDrive if synchronised with your computer. See how in the image below:
