IMPROVEMENTS TO LISTS

LATEST LOOK
Lists are even more user friendly, making lists easier to determine for you and your recipients.

We've moved all other list features, (when viewing your list) to the top of the page, so there's no more scrolling down to the bottom, if you want to take a snapshot, compare or view historic data

LIST OPTIONS
The "show summary row" is now checked by default. Some Project Managers were missing this option and we thought it was pretty handy to include, to avoid manual work!

NB. Applies to new lists only (from 14 November 2018).
Only available on Dynamic list of Participants and Bookings.

IMPROVED ACCOMMODATION BOOKING ON A FORM

If the booker is sharing a room, the 'sharing with' field is now split into two fields rather than just one, allowing the booker to enter the first names and last names of the other sharers separately. This makes name reporting on for example triple rooms more accurate.

NB. For existing bookings made before 14 November 2018, previously entered names will be displayed in the 'last name' column in Lists.

When the booker chooses number of rooms, the options '0.5', '0,33' and so on for multi bed rooms is no longer visible, unless there is less than one room available in the allotment.

If the booker selects Yes for 'Are they sending their own registrations', then the room will automatically update to the main booker's share of the room. For example, in the screenshot below the booker has selected a room with two other sharers who will register themselves, so the option is updated to '0.33'.

If manual name reporting is enabled in Form builder then this option will not be available.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING TIME ON MULTI/BLOCK BOOKINGS

If the booker has made a multi or block booking, then the form will have additional time, allowing the booker unlimited time to enter and complete the details of additional persons.

PROJECT CUSTOM FIELDS FOR MORE DETAILED REPORTING

You can now add dates and numbers as a Project custom field type. The number can be a whole number or contain decimals.
