There will always be participants cancelling their participation at an event. You and your customer can follow up on these to see who cancels and when. You can even compare how long after registration a participant cancels.



CREATE A LIST OF CANCELLED PARTICIPANTS

1. In Lists, create a Dynamic list of participants



2. Under Fields, make sure to include the "Status" column in addition to "First name", "Last name" and other relevant information. To view when participants were cancelled, include "Cancelled date".



3. Under Options, include "Cancelled" participants under the "Include participants with status" section.




4. Save and view the list. By clicking on the "Cancelled" column you can sort the list of cancelled participants, to show most recent cancelled participants.
