SORT PARTICIPANT CUSTOM FIELD OPTIONS PER COLUMN IN LISTS

Project managers can now sort participant custom field options into separate columns.

By default, the participant custom field responses are displayed in one column. Project managers can choose to show each response in a separate column in a participant list.

How:

Example list ↘️

Why is this useful?

Qondor sums up how many participants have selected the relevant option, meaning Project managers no longer need to manually count.

SETTINGS THAT HAVE MOVED FOR EASIER FORM BUILDING

  • Confirmation email settings have been moved to the left navigation menu in Form builder under the "Thank you" section.

  • Design settings have been moved to a top button in Form builder and is now uniform with the Program page.

Why?

The product team have been making small improvements to Form builder to ensure that existing users and new users can easily navigate the form building page. Having buttons such as "design" in the same position as other pages/modules keeps the platform aligned and makes for more intuitive learning and utilisation of Qondor.

DISABLE THE SUMMARY PAGE ON SIMPLE FORMS

The Summary step can now be disabled if the following requirements are met:

  • No payment in the form

  • No products or accommodation

  • No terms and conditions

  • No booking comment

To disable the summary step, go to Summary and uncheck the box ↙️

Example of summary page disabled on the Form and how it looks for the booker ⬇️

Why is this useful?

For simple name registration forms, such as a form where there isn't a need to have questions with dependancies (conditions), payment or terms & conditions, the form will only need a Personal Details page. In these cases, there usually isn't a need to have a Summary page to review or confirm the details registered.

This makes it quicker for registrants to submit their information and result in fewer clicks and higher conversion rates on a form.

"EDIT BOOKING" AND "GO TO PAYMENT" BUTTONS ARE MORE VISIBLE FOR BOOKERS

The call to actions edit booking and go to payment have been moved into the first place the bookers land. ⬇️

Why?

Customers have reported challenges with bookers not easily finding the button for "change booking" on mobile, because it was hidden in the "Overview" menu.
Change booking is a very widely used and important function, which must be easy to find.
"Go to payment" is also a function that should be easy to find if payment is enabled on Forms.

Now the buttons are more visible and it makes it easier for bookers to understand where to click.

MULTI-LINE TEXT PARTICIPANT CUSTOM FIELD IMPROVED FOR BOOKERS

The multi-line text field participant custom field now autoexpands based on the text that it is being filled with.

Example of a booker's experience ↙️

Why is this useful?

Multi line text fields are meant to be used when the user is expected to submit a large amount of information, for e.g. on a trip request form: "Describe your company's previous successful trips and what type of activities you have enjoyed." Previously, this field did not autoexpand and the users were left with a scrollbar with 2 lines visible - this made it difficult for the booker to immediately see all the text that had been typed.

Now it autoexpands so that the booker can see what they are submitting as they type making it easier to review what they are typing.
