FORM IMPROVEMENTS
SORT OPTIONS IN A PARTICIPANT CUSTOM FIELD ALPHABETICALLY
What's changed:
A sort A-Z and sort Z-A button has been added to sort participant custom fields.
Why?
It was cumbersome for Project managers to have to manually rearrange options alphabetically when adding new choices to a dropdown.
What's in it for me?
This makes it easier and saves Project managers time when adding new options or sorting an imported list.
ALL PAYMENT SETTINGS ARE NOW IN FORM BUILDER
What's changed:
All Payments settings have moved to a new Payment page in the Form builder menu as a sub page of the Summary step.
Form of Payments (FOP) available have been moved from Participant categories here.
"Billing address" and "Deposit and fees" have been moved to tabs.
Why?
With all payment settings in one place, it is now easier to define and amend payment settings.
MULTIBOOKING
1) CHANGE THE "ADDITIONAL PERSONS" HEADING
It is now possible for Project managers to change the "additional persons" heading.
Why?
The text "Additional persons" has been reported as being hard to understand. We received requests to be able to amend this text as Project managers needed more flexibility. Now it is possible to make text more suited to the form/scenario.
For example, "Are you registering a companion?" or "How many players are you registering?"
This makes it easier for the booker to understand what selection they are making as well.
2) REMOVE "CONTACT PERSON IS NOT PARTICIPATING"
It is now possible to remove the checkbox "contact person is not participating" so that it does not appear on the form. The text has also been updated to "I am registering on behalf of someone else".
The multibooking tab in Form settings has also been improved to make it easier for Project managers to understand and configure these settings.
Why?
In projects where the Project manager does not want the booker to have the option to "not participate" this checkbox defeats the purpose and can be confusing for bookers. Project managers wanted the option to remove it if necessary, and now that can be done.
The text “contact person is not participating” has also been reported as difficult to understand. Now that it has been updated, bookers should find it easier to understand what they are agreeing to if they check this option.
📌 For all existing projects with forms that have multibooking activated, the text "Contact person is not participating" has been updated to "I am registering on behalf of someone else" in the relevant form language.
